Why is fitness important?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

When did bestiality first occur to you and how did it happen the first time? Was it a deliberate decision or it just happened and you allowed it?
